The Penn Theta Chapter house is undergoing the greatest change in its history. The building is set for major renovations to the second and third floor along with the basement. The first floor will undergo a restoration to preserve much of the vintage architecture and history of the 100 year old structure. This will leave current and future brothers with possibly the greatest living space on Lafayette's campus. The brotherhood has been temporarily relocated to Rubin Hall (dubbed by the undergrads as Penn Theta Beta) on the West side of campus until work can be completed. All functions and activities associated with an active chapter will be maintained until the chapter can return to their beloved house.
